Why do we love to host tasting events? Let us count the ways…

• We give you a chance to sample a whole bunch of wines without buying a whole bunch of wines. You can be brave, adventurous and frugal all at the same time.
• Our friendly staff and visiting experts can tell you about the wines—where they come from, how they’re made and what endearing quirks the winemakers possess.
• You can learn how to taste wine. There’s no snobby sniffing here. You can practice the art of swirling. You can discover ways to assess a wine’s color, and what it might mean. You can tell us what you smell in a wine, we can tell you what we smell, and together we can find ways to describe it. Finally, we can talk about what you’re tasting, so that if you like it, you can ask for something similar next time.
• It’s an opportunity to meet you, our wine-loving friends, and for you to meet each other.

Of course you’re always welcome to try our Tasting Bar, where you can sample from a collection of 16 red wines and eight whites that change monthly.
