The Trip of a Lifetime
Where are the bride and groom from? Where are they going on their honeymoon? In this package, four global food stations feature four paired wines from each designated country. Our wine experts will be at each of the stations providing an overview of each wine and explaining the basics of the food and wine pairings. You’ll each receive a detailed tasting sheet for each wine with tasting notes, winery background, regional information and some food pairing suggestions. All wines tasted that evening are available for retail sale at a special-event-discount rate (valid the night of your party only, not to be combined with any other promotions or coupons).

Veils and Cocktails
An eclectic variety of six gourmet hors d’oeuvres will be hand-passed by our tuxedo-dressed professional team. There will be two wine stations with a hand-picked selection of six wines. Our wine experts will be at each station providing an overview of each wine and explaining the basics of the selected food and wine pairings. You’ll each receive a detailed tasting sheet for each wine with tasting notes, winery background, regional information and some food pairing suggestions. All wines tasted that evening are available for retail sale at a special-event-discount rate (valid the night of your party only, not to be combined with any other promotions or coupons).

Eat, Drink and Be Married—Later
It’s a big event before the big event. Begin the evening with a 60-minute wine reception with a hand-picked selection of two wines and five passed hors d’oeuvres. Follow it with a meal fit for a princess—or a bride: a three-course gourmet wine dinner paired with four different wines. Our wine experts will discuss the flavor profile, winery background and food pairing of each wine between each course. You’ll each receive a detailed tasting sheet for each wine with tasting notes, winery background, regional information and some food pairing suggestions. All wines tasted that evening are available for retail sale at a special-event-discount rate (valid the night of your party only, not to be combined with any other promotions or coupons).

Hands-On Cooking Class/Wine Dinner at Calphalon Culinary Center
The bride can learn some new skills to fully enjoy all the cookware she’ll be unwrapping! In partnership with Soigné Culinary Artistry, we are pleased to offer Hands-On Cooking Classes/Wine Dinners. Hands-On Cooking Sessions are unique, entertaining and memorable events in which you and your friends prepare your own multi-course gourmet meal, paired with four to five different wines. The sessions are led by a professional chef and an expert wine guide. Our expert chefs will demonstrate how to prepare each course, and our wine experts will discuss the tasting notes for each wine, the winery/regional background and the basic dynamics of food and wine pairing. Choose your own menu theme from a variety of creative options! You and your friends will enjoy cooking at fully equipped, contemporary cooking stations with top-of-the-line equipment and television monitors where you can follow the chef’s demonstration. Each class includes a multi-course meal, four to five wines, room rental, professional instruction by two chefs, two professional wine guides, special retail discounts for the wines tasted, recipes and clean-up. You’re encouraged to wear comfortable clothing while participating in this class. No worries: Previous cooking experience is not required! Our professional chefs will guide your guests through every step of preparing a first-class, multi-course meal. Fun, entertaining, educational…did we mention fun?
